  • We stand by our products and quality! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your Botalife products, please contact us for assistance within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • To submit a guarantee request, please send us an e-mail at info@botalife.com within 30 days of the date of the purchase.
  • In your email, be sure to include information regarding where and when you purchased your product, proof of purchase, images of your product (if possible), and your reason for your dissatisfaction.

Guarantee Guidelines

  • Botalife reserves the right to verify information, to require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Botalife concludes that the purchaser has abused Botalife's 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • Botalife may amend or terminate the 30- day guarantee at any time without notice.
